John graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 2013. After working in the private sector as a general dentist, he became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in 2020.
He then completed a three-year Doctor of Clinical Dentistry degree in Dento-Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Queensland in 2023. John is a member of the Australian Academy of Dento-Maxillofacial Radiology, and the International Association of Dento-Maxillofacial Radiology.
