How O-RAD works
Sending your patient’s scans to O-RAD for reporting is a simple and easy process.
Follow our step by step instructions
- Click on the Register button to create an account.
- Complete the online registration form.
- Select your Account Type – Total or Select
- Your log in details will then be emailed to you.
- Once logged into the O-RAD app, place your order by completing an order form with the scan, examination and patient details.
- Upload the DICOM files for patient. Dicom files need to be zipped (compressed) before sending to reduce transfer time. The speed at which files are uploaded is dependent on the speed of your internet connection.
- Then simply click on Pay and Process to send your order to O-RAD for reporting.
- Reports are uploaded to Envision Online for easy access and are available in PDF format.

O-RAD TOTAL
- A reporting service for EVERY cone beam CT (CBCT) scan at your practice.
- Discount pricing for sending EVERY scan to O-RAD.
- Every CBCT dataset is securely stored on the O-RAD server.*
- Case Sharing – for sharing of images and OMR radiologist’s report with other clinicians involved in the patient’s management
- Free online viewing software
- Reconstructed images of the site of interest upon request at the time of submission
- Preferential turnaround time for reports.
- For urgent cases – our Maxillofacial Radiologists can be contacted for a verbal report.
- Advice on technical aspects is available.
- Provision of an accreditation certificate confirming that EVERY scan is read by an APHRA accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Radiologist.
O-RAD SELECT
- Choose which scans you wish to be reported.
- Standard pricing.
- Every CBCT dataset is securely stored on the O-RAD server.*
- Case Sharing – for sharing of images and OMR radiologist’s report with other clinicians involved in the patient’s management
- Free online viewing software
- Reconstructed images of the site of interest upon request at the time of submission
- Standard turn around time for reports is 5 working days from receipt of scan data.
O-RAD CUSTOM
- Customised arrangement and service delivery for those with unique structural or operational requirements, including government institutions.
